What is an active user?
We only bill active users.
We consider a user active if they have interacted with Loqbooq within the last 30 days. An interaction can be logging in, visiting the web app, creating, approving, editing or reviewing a decision or interacting with the Loqbooq Slack App in any way.
The benefit of this model is, that if team members stop using Loqbooq because they change projects or are on a longer leave (e.g. parental leave, sabbatical, health issues) you don't need to remove them from your Loqbooq account. We will automatically stop billing them after 30 days of inactivity. And once they return to your team, they can continue to use Loqbooq without any hassle (and then we will bill them again, of course).
